  The Apostle Paul warned the Corinthians not to be too harsh in their shunning of a man who was guilty of sexual immortality / adultery:

  2 Co 2:5-11: Now if anyone has caused sadness, he has saddened, not me, but all of you to an extent—not to be too harsh in what I say. This rebuke given by the majority is sufficient for such a man; now you should instead kindly forgive and comfort him, so that he may not be overwhelmed by excessive sadness.

  I therefore exhort you to confirm your love for him. For this is also why I wrote to you: to determine whether you would give proof of your obedience in all things.

  If you forgive anyone for anything, I do also. In fact, whatever I have forgiven (if I have forgiven anything) has been for your sake in Christ’s sight, so that we may not be overreached by Satan, for we are not ignorant of his designs.

  Otherwise, Paul said, if you are not forgiving, but are harsh, then you've been overreached by Satan.

  July Broadcast Denies That JW Children Die Rather Than Have Medical Care

  anthony morris 3rd delivered the broadcast this month and advised that lies are circulated that they let children die rather than have medical care .

  he says this is so inaccurate as to be a boldfaced lie ...... further he says it is "up to the parents to determine what would be the best treatment for their children" .

  now, does this mean that parents are really free to make a decision to accept blood for their minor child, if they so choose?

  Anyone familiar with this?? It seems to offer latitude is crisis situations....but this is also a Candian document, and I have never heard of it in the U.S.

  I dunno....almost pedophilic (is that a word?)....at about 3:20 the banner on the bottom of the screen says "love us from top to bottom". Maybe selling Japans version of the worlds oldest profession thru this weird, disturbing video. Cute kids , but man-o-man this is twisted....or maybe it's me. Either way I don't care for it.

  Why would Jesus have to ask God in the Lord's Prayer, to not lead us into Temptation, but deliver us from evil..?

  ..... and then willingly be lead into temptation .

  he knows that's how a good god operates, so the first thing he does when installed as heavenly ruler... .

  he casts the ultimate tempter to the vicinity of the earth... so he can do it as much as possible.... has anyone ever noticed this flaw in the almighty ... he has to be told to do what is good , then doesn't do it ... man what a tool.. i guess he really does love us... lol.

  Your observation walks hand-in-hand with James 4:17 that tells us "if one knows how to do what is right but does not do it, it is a sin for him". Oh My Goodness.....God is a sinner..... I guess if his 'ways are higher than ' our ways we can extrapolate that to mean there is no practical love in the universe.

  Again OMG....this is starting to sound like over-lapping generation logic (or lack there of).

  as soon as it was mentioned that he stated "i wasn't allowed to play sports as a kid", i wondered if he was raised as a jdub.

  anyone else notice that??

  Be honest. Tell them: "I no longer believe what is taught there....I believe.....) "----fill in the blank with what you believe. Do NOT belittle anyone else who does believe just tell the child what you feel in terms the child will be able to understand. Honesty is the best policy.
